HR Services is a global delivery team which supports the HR portfolio with the end to end employee lifecycle in Wells Fargo India and Philippines and across the Enterprise.. HR Services is in place to support the HR organization in the management of team members in their day to day business activities that is important to meet the organization's goal. The team delivers exceptional global delivery support across different HR lines focusing on Client , Partner Relations , Service Delivery , Technology enables service design and process improvement and People leadership across countries .
About the Role
In this role, successful candidates will have a solid understanding of the landscape of broad systems and technologies (preferably HR systems) and how users access systems and that impact of user access.
Applying analytical skills and strong judgement in decision making around granting access levels to various systems within HR, across the organization
Running and monitoring reports to determine user access change requirements,
Granting and removing access of users to HR systems
Conducting quality assurance, in a 'maker/checker' environment to ensure the greatest level of quality and accuracy in work
Proactive and reactive monitoring
Communicate with requestors via email or instant message (Skype) to answer questions, provide justification or guidance concerning actions
Develop and monitors SLA for access in partnership with policy SME, data owners, centers of expertise and management on access to HR data for Enterprise. Monitor adherence to access and data management policies..
Provides oversight for end-user operations and resolves issues with production support teams. Monitors quality. Implements process improvements to protecting HR data through access management
Approves access HR reporting avenues, ensuring HR regulation and policy compliance requirements are met and satisfy the SHRP/CA's issued
Business Process Management compliance monitoring, COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission) compliance and exception access approval and monitoring. (checks and balance, 'maker checker' or quality monitoring)
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively; be comfortable with leading and managing multiple tasks, and set / meet deadlines
Market Skills and Certifications
Strong attention to detail
Strong reasoning skills, and ability to apply judgement in making decisions
Ability to effectively communicate and defend decisions made in access management
Experience in general access management disciplines: role-based access, access request processes, certification, provisioning
Analytical skills focused on problem solving, process improvement, and customer impact in a rapidly changing environment.
Knowledge of Access Management policies and procedures
Knowledge of Wells Fargo's Access Management policies
Experience fulfilling access provisioning for PeopleSoft resources, HR Helpdesk, Web Intelligence, Workforce Analytics, and other Wells Fargo HR-based tools
Quality assurance experience
Ability to operate with a sense of urgency
Intermediate level understanding of HR functionality and data management strategy
Intermediate level understanding of HR Information Technology platforms and functionality
Change management concepts and application, with proven ability to exemplify both flexibility within changing business environments
Experience working with application development teams and lines of business to develop requirements, system design, test plans, and UAT events (in order to apply judgement and make inferred decisions on access controls)
Knowledge of system development, and testing methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Support questions that may come from the change management (ex. if someone requests access to the old platform, form letter communication.)
