About Wells Fargo India
Wells Fargo India enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Business Services, Risk Services and Product, Analytics and Modeling (PAM). We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
Reg Tech (Regulatory Technology) handles global OTC and ETD Derivative regulations. IT systems for the following regulations are being developed by Reg Tech group. Regulations handled area CFTC, SEC (US) EMIR (Europe), FCA (UK), HKMA (HK), MAS (Singapore), ASIC (Australia), JFSA (Japan).
About the Role
You will work as part of the Reg Tech team to support global regulations. You will interact closely with multiples business partners including the Developers, QA, Production support, Release management, Infrastructure etc. to understand the implementation of regulations.
Understand requirements from SMEs, Middle office stakeholders, compliance and develop business requirements as per system architecture.
Help developers in unit testing, QA team in validating system integration, work with business users to confirm requirements are as expected.
Mentor other members in regulations and OTC/ETD Derivatives.
Develop strategic solutions which are scalable.
Drive customer satisfaction by cultivating awareness of each client's needs.
University degree in Business or related discipline.
Experience of more than 5 years in business analysis preferably investment banking or capital markets. .
Knowledge in global derivative regulations.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
Experience in working regulatory reporting area.
Experience in interacting with DTCC, ICE, UnaVista (or) other Trade Repository.
Experience in interpreting regulatory documents from global regulators.
