Market Job Description
This is a critical (full time) team position reporting to the CDF EMEA Operations Manager, responsible for the interaction between our outsourced Operations Team based in Jaipur/India, our EMEA Service & Delivery Teams (customer service) and our local Operations Team based in Reigate/UK. The core responsibilities of the CDF Senior Operations Administrator are to ensure all invoice & cash booking and funding activities across EMEA are undertaking in an accurate and timely manner by our outsourced Team providing best in class services to our customers. To meet such performance standards the Senior Operations Administrator will need to ensure all training materials are up to date and policies & procedures are followed. Working in conjunction with the outsourced Team key point of contacts (Manager, Team Leader and Administrators) to review Key Performance Indicators, workload, outstanding queries and Team Member training needs.
The Senior Operations Administrator is seen as a subject matter expert and therefore will need to be able to perform all invoicing, cash and funding activities to provide contingency cover as and when required. Accountable to review existing processes, challenge the status quo, seek automation and simplification initiatives leveraging Global Operations expertise available. Able to utilize available data & metrics to drive change and decisions and be accountable to deliver with minimal supervision on small to medium projects, working to set timelines and ensuring appropriate progress reporting and escalation communication.
The Senior Operations Administrator will play a key role within the Operations function and be able to make key decisions (within their remit), resolve complex queries, build longstanding relationships, communicate and influence across the CFD EMEA organization (Risk, Commercial, Controllership & IT) at various levels to ensure no delay in invoicing, cash and funding activities, as well as being the key point of contact for audits and business process mapping activities.

Ability to perform all invoicing, funding & cash processing activities. Be seen as subject matter expert being able to resolve complex queries. Main point of contact for internal & external audits as well as any internal Business Process Mapping activities.
Monitor the outsourced Operations Team by reviewing daily activities, participating in weekly and monthly performance dashboard reviews. Raise concerns, improvement ideas, establish clear actions & follow ups.
Identify training and process improvement needs to further enhance the internal and/or external customer experience ensuring accurate & timely processing and query resolution. Escalating internally & cross functionally as and when required.
To identify customer touch points and drive improved internal customer alignment and process simplification through taking ownership of Operations actions.
Ensure Key Performance Indicator reporting is produced to demonstrate control and drive root cause analysis for key process bottlenecks and risks so that innovative process solutions are created, implemented and buy-in attained from key stakeholders.
Ensure processes are executed and maintained in line with regulatory and WF standards at all times, and ensure that records are maintained to the highest standard.
Maintain and ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Business Continuity Planning to ensure that procedures are updated to reflect operating practices.
Work with other department leaders including Commercial, Risk and Controllership to maintain and improve awareness and understanding of the Operations requirements.
