Wells Fargo India enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting business lines and staff functions across Technology, Business Services, Risk Services and Product, Analytics and Modeling (PAM). We are operating in Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Chennai locations.
Enterprise Business Technology within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business is responsible for supporting Enterprise technology initiatives related to messaging & collaboration, risk technology, corporate systems data, and various internal systems and tools.
About the Role
This role will act as a lead in providing application guidance and consultation, utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology and tools. In addition, this individual needs to work with technical leads, business analysts, system analysts, DBA's, infrastructure and other cross-department teams to evaluate business needs and provide end-to-end mobile application solutions.
Engineering support for Mobility platform Initiatives. You will support the design and implementation activities for the core infrastructure, as well as the necessary changes to the Mobility Portals & associated dependencies.
Responsible to provide sustainment engineering activities once the project is completed.
Agree to a delivery method and oversee the delivery of the patch in accordance with enterprise SLA guidelines
Address any technical escalations and exception requests, ensuring the patching effort completes according to time and schedule
Analyze market trends related to mobility and provide expertise as it relates to internal mobility solutions.
Identify and pursue opportunities for automation and simplification of the processes.
Develop new documentation, departmental technical procedures and user guides.
Provide mentorship and technical leadership to other less experienced technical staff within the team.
Manage individual workloads and deliver upon agreed delivery dates.
Lead initiatives from requirements, through implementation.
Creation of change documentation to support turnover for operations team to execute.
Experience of 6-8 years in Mobile or Systems Engineering
Knowledge of enterprise mobility architecture.
Knowledge of designing and implementing Blackberry UEM server or Microsoft Intune to a production environment
Knowledge of Android/iOS patching over large environments
Knowledge of Windows Administration, Firewall, Web Proxy, Azure Active directory
Experienced in QA / system testing, system promotion, SDLC, Autosys, Azure SaaS, etc.
Knowledge of IIS Administration
Knowledge of SQL Server Administration
Knowledge of MS Exchange 2010 or above
Proven experience working with geographically dispersed teams
Demonstrated ability to solve complex business and technical problems
Knowledge of using tools such as Visio, Project, Excel and Word
