About the Role
The prospect team member will play the Technology Manager role and will lead the Traded Products Domain App build out for Capital Markets Domain – Lead ETL Development Team for CMDS – Data under EFT. He will be responsible to understand, implement & mature the Enterprise Data Strategy in the CMDS area.
Lead and manage technology teams across multiple locations with direct responsibility for Development and Technology Analysis teams.
Lead, design and develop technology solutions to complex problems that require both in knowledge of data domain and strong technical expertise.
Collaborate with US technology managers for projects driven by them with a team extension model.
Drive full project life cycle for other projects / applications including user interaction, planning, development, testing and L3 support.
Proactively manage risk including deliverables, operational issues through implementation of right controls and escalate where required.
Act as the primary point person to peer groups and effective communication on systems and projects within area of responsibility.
Design and develop applications, tools and processes to ensure better safety, reliability and supportability.
Collaborate with QA, production support and platform engineering teams effectively.
Handle end to end implementation for various enhancements/developments.
Ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases.

14+ years of overall application development experience and good knowledge of various ETL platform with special focus on Abinitio.
10+ years of experience in Abinitio, Oracle and Unix.
5+ years of experience in leading and building technical solutions for large enterprise
10+ years' of overall Database information architecture, design, development and implementation experience in Relational and Dimensional databases.
