About the Role
Deposits Products Group (DPG) is seeking a high caliber individual to join the Reporting team . The DPG Analytics Reporting team is responsible for generating reports on a frequent basis through their business intelligence tools. They also provide support with reporting and frequent development, data processing for DPG Analytics and DPG overall.
Serve as a senior resource for developing and delivering high performing reporting solutions and data analysis
Responsible for planning and performing reporting, analyses and projects to solve a variety of business requirements
Has overall responsibility for design, development and implementation of Microstrategy dashboard and reports
Support Microstategy environment using Schema Objects, Public Object, Reports, Dashboards and Visual Insights.
Create reports and visualizations that provide valuable insights and intelligence to the end users
Engage with US partners directly for development and implementation of all projects
Establish and maintain design and development best practices
Market Skills and Certifications
6+ years of related work experience including 4 + years of Microstrategy experience
BS/BTech degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics
Sound knowledge of Data Warehousing concepts
Strong experience on Schema Objects and Public Objects
Fluent in implementing Microstrategy security models
Demonstrated experience with techniques and programming tools including a high level of proficiency with large databases/data warehouse (Teradata)
Experience in Data Architecture and building Microstrategy Schema Model
Organized. Detail oriented. Ability and Desire to understand the business and get into the details
Financial Services experience
Knowledge and understanding of databases and unleashing the Microstrategy Analytics capability
Strong collaboration skills
High energy & strong communication skills (presentation and narrative skills)
Ability to translate analytical data into useful business information
Self-driven and passionate about continuous learning
Ability to multi-task and prioritize between projects
Experience working on other BI tools (Tableau, Power BI ) and Technical Writing would be an added advantage
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience on SAS,R, Python and working knowledge on tools like Jira and Confluence would be a plus
