About the Role
Information & Cyber Security organization has a new opportunity in Control Services & Governance IAM team for Information Security Manager to provide oversight and guidance to ensure execution of the major initiatives across the Enterprise within the Identity and Access Management domain by providing strategic thought leadership to the problems, to create effective outcomes and working to drive to quick and efficient IAM practices.
Leads the delivery and team of Control Services and Governance. Team will include Engineers/analysts, who will be reporting to this role.
Strategize and support Identity and Access Management (IAM) programs across functional/virtual teams to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity. Examples might within IAM include, but are not limited to: finance / operational / executive management review coordination, process improvement and redesign, change management initiatives, ongoing oversight of a leadership / diversity / recognition / general program oversight.
Provides leadership and oversight to other consultants and analysts in the integration/ implementation of IAM programs/services/initiatives with cross functional business partners, recognizing the significance of competing priorities and strategies, and adjusting as necessary.
Strategize and execute significant initiatives driven out of the Access Management Programs and ongoing Identity and Access Management Sustainability.
Plan, measure and monitor IAM KPIs and KRIs. Ensures plans/programs adhere to appropriate policies and regulations.
Collaborate and provide leadership support to the Technology organization in knowledge and alignment with IAM key initiatives, including but not limited to Application Onboarding to the Identity and Access Management Enterprise Solution.
Partner with senior stakeholders in the business to influence project outcomes
Create and maintain Statement of work and Process Service Description for the function
Responsible for recruitment, performance management and team development.
Accomplish results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising job results and coaching
Accountable for forecasting, capacity planning, building high performing teams and monitoring the success of integrated service delivery.
Ensure smooth delivery of projects/ operations with strong focus on quality and value creation for the organization/enterprise.
Works in a flexible timing with team cross different locations/countries
Market Skills and Certifications
14+ years of technology/information security experience with minimum 10 years of IAM and 6+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
Expertise in leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) enterprise solutions i.e. OIG, Sail point, Cyber Ark, Tivoli IAM, LDAP and AD.
Has implemented IAM programs across functional/virtual teams. Has worked as a leader to strategize, plan and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are larger in scope and complexity.
Expertise in information security industry and regulatory standards, policies, procedures and control systems
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and program management skills. Extremely good in verbal, presentation, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills.
Effective people management experience with managing managers and team members
Bachelors or Master's degree in Technology /Engineering
Industry certification like CISSP, CISM, CRISC in good standing for over 3 years
Managed service delivery certifications like ITIL, Six Sigma will be beneficial
Data models and ETL
Expertise in leading Data analytics.
Experience in ETL, Reporting, SharePoint administration and content management.
Banking/Finance Industry knowledge
Regulatory and compliance experience
Good to have knowledge on database
