Performs moderately complex to complex operational accounting activities associated with maintaining ledger accounts and for developing reports. Duties may include: providing operational accounting support for internal business groups and/or operations departments; reviewing customer financials; support of business group products; preparing regulatory reports; reviewing data from the general ledger, unit reports and various systems to ensure accuracy; reviewing entries for reporting system; gathering and reviewing operational or financial data for regulatory reports; preparing and reviewing account reconciliations and certifications; performing a variety of analyses or projects relating to operational accounting procedures, methods or systems; may handle escalated calls or issues. May have direct interaction with clients or vendors. Provides functional advice or training to lower level operational accounting positions. May serve as team lead.

Prepare Enterprise valuations for the leveraged loans using the financial metrics, debt schedule, WFCC and discounted cash flows. Work on the activities related to Regulatory Reporting.
Review, analysis and delivery of financial statement transactions and positions based on internal controls and industry standards .Knowledge in Credit Analysis, US GAAP,10K & 10Qs.
Good knowledge on GAAP Accounting / International Financial Reporting Standards. Well versed with EBITDA calculation, credit structuring, WACC & DCF.
Independently identifies issues and implements resolutions; may assist other team members with issues
As a subject matter expert, provides work direction and training to co-workers regarding processes.
Strong analytical, research, Strong business writing skills and problem solving skills.
Participates in process meetings and interacts on a fairly regular basis with process SMEs
Perform administrative function, research on access accounts, projects, and maintenance and database conversions as required.
