Enterprise Function Technology within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business is responsible for supporting Enterprise Data technology, Enterprise technology initiatives related to messaging & collaboration, risk technology, corporate systems data, and various internal systems and tools.
Responsible for leading EFT-Data Technology platform management team, involved in Data warehouse applications maintenance life-cycle covering monitoring, support, maintenance, deployment and governance. Must have good experience in production support area with understanding and awareness over Incident, Problem management, Change, Release & Deployment management process along with ITIL Standards. This role is also responsible for the management of medium-large sized technology teams from EGS locations with the people management accountability.
>Responsible for the overall Support and manage multiple team multi-complexity application in diverse technology. >Closely work with the Technology Leads, Application Architects for the safety and soundness of the assigned applications work on delivering Proof of Concepts, generate ideas for Continuous Process Improvements. >Responsible for developing people and manage Talent effectively >Ensure costs within budget and optimal resource mix to help achieve the financial goals. >Accountable towards application stability, identify incident patterns, report risk, remediate vulnerability, technology and process compliance, tech refresh/upgrade across the platform and production environment >Works closely with the leadership team and technology leads to ensure excellence in delivery to business and stakeholders >Manage and ensure management reporting of triage activities for medium to high severity incidents, working across partner and vendor teams

>Overall 14+ years of strong experience in application support and development with good hands on experience on Ab-initio and Datastage ETL. >Proven record of leading and managing a minimum size of 25+ Technology Team members. >Experience in Teradata with ability/readiness to write and debug workflow/code/queries for resolving any issues when needed. >Should have good experience and understanding of working with Autosys. >Should have good experience and understanding of working with UNIX/LINUX environment. >10+ years of experience in supporting multiple applications on varied technologies >Strong hands on experience in production support in a financial services company, with functional responsibilities >Should have prior banking experience preferably over Consumer and Commercial banking in managing master data and customer data along with Data Quality Analytics and Reporting experience >Sound knowledge in IT Service Management/ITIL - Incident/Problem Management, Change/Release Management, Batch
