Enterprise Global Services (EGS) enables global talent capabilities for Wells Fargo Bank NA., by supporting over half of Wells Fargo's business lines and staff functions across Technology, Business Services, Risk Services and Knowledge Services. Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation /Community Bank Technology (PVSI/CBT) within the Enterprise Information Technology business provides strategic technology solutions to the both the PVSI and Community Banking lines of business, including application design, development, and support. It also helps CBT PVSI CIO group in transforming the technology organization. This includes collaborating with Risk Management, Enterprise Architecture, Strategy, Shared Service and Infrastructure teams.
Team member will be a scrum master for Enterprise Complaints Group within the PVSI and Branch technology group
Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity.
Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.
Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies.
Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work.
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Supporting the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example.
Passionate about Scrum, Kanban, SAFe etc.
Oversee and manage scope, timeline, quality, goals and deliverables that support business goals
Monitor schedule and velocity, escalate to the key stakeholders for deviations
Communicate with main stakeholders.
Identify key KPIs and Prepare , publish reports on the progress and success
8 -9 year for overall experience in IT industry
2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar role.
Good to have some Team Lead experience Preferably in Java /J2EE stack
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
2+ years of experience playing the Scrum Master role for a software development team
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
2+ years of experience with agile practices, patterns and techniques
2+ years of experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.
