Information and Cyber Security (ICS) vision is to provide Wells Fargo world leading cyber security risk management. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, ICS protects Wells Fargo's infrastructure, corporate data, and customer assets, and ensures alignment with applicable regulations and laws
Wells Fargo's Information and Cyber Security (ICS) group is looking for a highly motivated leader for its Identity & Access Management (IAM) Access Operations group.
The IAM operations delivery organization comprises of:
Provisioning and De-provisioning of platforms in LOB's applications
Privileged Accounts monitoring , maintenance and sustainability
Level 2/3 production Support of IAM systems
Rogue and orphans Accounts remediation
Each of the above groups may have functional delivery leaders in place who in turn will report in to the IAM operations Leader. The manager role will have dual reporting line in to the lead of ICS IAM operations leader in India/Manila and to the group leader at the IAM US.
First line supervisor managing a team of 4-12 security analysts who monitor privileged access across UNIX / Linux, Windows and database platforms including Oracle, SQL, Teradata, Sybase, and Mongo platforms
Act as SME for Active Directory/Unix/ Mainframe/Database platforms.
Manage team deliverables in daily monitoring of alerts & threat response tickets
Plan, measure and monitor health of operations and team with KPIs, KRIs. Develop scorecards and dashboards for periodic reporting
Lead initiatives like predictive trend analysis, continuous improvement thru automation. Identify efficiencies and recommend solution enhancements for improved service delivery
Collaborate with members of Identity and Access Management and the Cyber Threat Security Content
Lead team to improve alerting capabilities to drive risk reduction across the Wells Fargo enterprise.
Maintain a broad awareness of the state of information security across the enterprise and industry and influences change to information security policy, standards and procedures for systems/applications/tools;
Participate in compliance and oversight activities related to privileged access monitoring;
Ensure up-to-date documentation including procedures, workflows and processes;
Budget and forecast financial needs
Responsible for recruitment, performance management, team development, functional delivery and handling escalations
Come up with peak and non-peak flexible staffing guidance. Manage shift roasters.
Accomplish results by communicating job expectation, planning, monitoring, appraising job results and coaching
Accountable for forecasting, capacity planning, building high performing teams and monitoring the success of integrated service delivery.
Market Skills and Certifications
9+ years of technology/information security experience with minimum 6 years of Information Security/IAM and 2+ year of leadership or supervisory experience.
Expertise in leading Identity and Access Management (IAM) managed services delivery or operations.
Experience in managing security, provisioning of Active Directory/Unix/ Mainframe/Database platforms and Enterprise applications
Knowledge of monitoring using SIEM tools such as Splunk, ArcSight or LogRhythm
Experience in IAM products (Oracle Identity Governance, Sailpoint, CA, Microsoft, CyberArk). Expert in Privileged access Management maintenance and sustainability.
Understanding on IAM policies and controls/SOX controls/Information Security Controls
Expertise in global service delivery in information security domain
Expertise in information security industry and regulatory standards, policies, procedures and control systems
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and program management skills.
Effective verbal, presentation, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Good negotiation, conflict resolution and decision making skills.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant Technology /Engineering discipline
Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays
Industry Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CRISC is good to have
Automation experience using ML, RPA etc. is preferred
Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding HIPAA, PCI, GLBA, SOX, and SAS70
Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
