Capital Markets Technology portfolio consists of Technology solutions for Primary Markets /Investment Banking/Municipal Products/Asset Backed Finance, various Secondary Markets Trading verticals (like Equities, Fixed Income, and Commodities etc.) and Institutional Investor Services (like Prime Brokerage, Futures Commission Merchant Services). Technology group is also organized as cross product horizontals (including Electronic Trading Services, Risk & Compliance Services, and Funding, collateral and liquidity management and Operations technology).
Capital Markets Application Services (CMAS) provides Identity Access Management services across several lines of business within in Wells Fargo. CMAS consists of suite of application which provides seamless aauthentication, authorization, access provisioning, access control management and certification across WFT.
We are looking for a lead for CMAS Technology team in India. This role requires a solid understanding of Identify and access management. The lead will primarily focus on delivering technology solutions and support CMAS. The lead will manage several stakeholders including research business teams, US technology, QA and support teams.
Manage and collaborate effectively with all the stakeholders including business teams, technology, QA and support teams.
Ensure ETR action items are addressed on time.
Coordinate well with the support team to ensure production outages are handled effectively within the stipulated SLAs.
Look for opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of the CMAS platform.
Ensure operation hygiene of the team optimally.
Effectively mentor and coach CMAS team members both technically and functionally.
Essential Qualification Technical Skills:
13+ years of experience in developing enterprise software solutions.
5+ years of experience in leading small teams.
Hands on experience in dot net framework, WPF, Web API, ASP.Net, MVC and SQL Server.
Experience in developing a web portal.
Good understanding of Object Oriented development, design patterns and optimized search algorithms.
Demonstrate analytical, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills are required for the timely resolution of complex technical issues
Ability to assimilate new information, understand complex topics and arrive at robust designs
Should have good skills with build and deployment tools (Maven, , Jenkins, Udeploy)
Should be able to define and manage multiple application environments (SIT, QA, production, DR)
Will need to work with multiple teams like Infrastructure, Development, App Support, QA, DBA etc. to design and implement solutions.
2+ years of Identity Management experience
Excellent communication (both spoken and written English) and interpersonal skills
