: Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) within the Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) business provides technology support to a full range of personalized wealth management, investment and retirement products and services to clients across U.S. based businesses including Wells Fargo Advisors.
: Team member will be working on Supporting applications in WIMT Engineered Capabilities group of applications.
Provides technical systems support within a technology organization. Responsibilities include one or more of the following: executes documented technical instructions for repeated technical issues to assigned applications, Participates in testing and updating the business continuation plan.
Develop automation test scripts; maintains change or issue logs; analyzes performance trends and recommends process improvements; understands quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas and reviews changes for risk to production systems; participates in testing and updating the business continuation plan
Provides support for high critical/severity related issues for Platform specific components and Maintenance Activities
Ability to troubleshoot applications and software issues independently and provide alternative solutions
Troubleshoots application issues for various platform specific components independently with direction from others for advanced Troubleshooting
Well Experienced in using diagnostic tools to maintain, troubleshoot and restore service or data to systems
Having Knowledge on Application Infrastructure and isolate the problems working with other Support Groups
Good Understanding of Infrastructure Service Management Processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management)
Able to articulate technical and non-technical information and understands when to escalate issues to Leadership team.
Encourages Process Documentations for Team Activities and provide direction in documenting the Knowledge
Maintains change or issue logs; analyzes trends and recommends process improvements and assist in implementing improvements
Ability to Communicate Co-ordinate with multiple support teams and business communications
Ability to make quick and accurate decisions, including the appropriate escalation of critical issues
Partner with Stateside and other support groups for team level projects and Initiatives for planning and Resource Mgmt
Develops own Skills as per business needs and Environment with help of self-paced, Instructor led training and train junior resources
8+ years of experience on IBM Datapower.
Experience with IBM ODM(DSI), WSO2 Event Engine, Software AG Apama, IBM Message Sight or Solace a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with quick adaptation to new technologies, methodologies and systems.
Strong leadership skills, ability to lead and drive the team ensuring defect free deliverables and also motivate the team to perform better everyday taking up more ownership and accountability.
Ability to coordinate, multitask and meet SLA/deadlines.
Banking domain experience
Market Skills and Certifications
