Market Job Description
Technical: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent Java/J2EE and Dot Net; Windows; Tomcat Knowledge in Scheduling tools like Autosys, Knowledge on any monitoring tools like ITRS , App Dynamics or Splunk; Knowledge in Oracle RDBMS Nice to have : Experience on BMC Remedy
Non-Technical: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with US partners directly - Ability to lead a support team - Ability to build relationships, trust and credibility from the outset, with a strong focus on effective customer service - Initiate, facilitate and coordinate bridge line activities as needed during critical production support (P1) events - Test and validate implementation of production fixes as required - Good problem solving and analytical skills - Participating in applications/systems upgrade testing and updating the relevant documentation

Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management Support deployments and issues troubleshooting in all environments Is responsible for providing technology support in application maintenance and support Leads in the resolution of basic and complex issues (i.e. provide first and second level support), escalates as needed to meet established service level agreements , wherever needed Is responsible for performing support/maintenance tasks and resolving user issues within agreed SLA Is responsible for updating the ticket logs, Weekly and Monthly statistics reports Closely works and guides/assists team members in handling schedled/unscheduled issues like - outages, Patching, BCP simulation etc Proactively monitors the system health and alerts and assures high levels of stability, reliability, availability of production environment Work on Process Documentation or updating the Standard Operating Procedures and demonstrate ownership for the respective assigned modules May need to write queries to extract data and/or validate data loads Demonstrate understanding of BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported areas. Participates in the EACO Calls / meetings with the Team Lead/Manager or business users or customers and may take lead in this effort Propose and implement automations, process improvements (technical/non-technical)
Market Skills and Certifications
Should have worked on UNIX or Red hat Linux Operating Systems and Windows Operating Systems -Basics of writing queries in Oracle, SQL database -Word, Excel, Powerpoint -Autosys, Informatica Powercenter
UNIX shell Scripting or any other Scripting language - PAC2000 (Remedy) ticketing tool - WebSphere, Tomcat, Apache, MQ Middleware application. -Knowledge of monitoring tools like AppDynamics, ITRS Geneos, Sitescope, HP BAC/BSM/APM
