Develop and implement the Flexible Contract Workforce strategic roadmap for Otsuka for the next 3-5 years. Partner with Financial Planning, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management Organization, Legal Affairs and other areas of the organization to establish a robust Flexible Contract Worker ecosystem.
Engage with Executive and Senior Leadership to advise on and optimize Otsukas resource planning relating to Flexible Contract Workers.
Continuously improve Otsukas internal Flexible Contract Worker processes. A major emphasis will be on implementing sustainable systems and processes.
Develop and implement best in class contract worker strategies in conjunction with Vendor Management Office, Legal Affairs, Ethics & Compliance, and relevant stakeholders.
Establish a Flexible Contract Workforce Program Management Office (PMO) ensuring that the daily operations are running effectively.
Identify opportunities and implement process/productivity improvement and automation in collaboration with Otsukas business and vendors.
Working with Information Technology, recommend opportunities to implement automation efforts via best-in-class technology.
