Overview: The Staff Vice President – Securities & Corporate Law will oversee and be responsible for legal support on a broad range of securities and corporate law matters, with a primary focus on Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting, corporate governance, stock exchange listing standard compliance, capital market transactions, and Board and Board committee support.

Compensation: Commensurate with experience.
Experience: 20+ years of broad securities and corporate law practice, with a strong background in working with Boards of Directors, Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 reporting, corporate governance, stock exchange listing standard compliance, corporate finance, equity compensation, and executive compensation. Excellent academic credentials required.
Location: Memphis, TN
Bar Admission: A member in good standing of a state bar and able to be admitted to practice law in the State of Tennessee.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
