Location: Northern Virginia.
Compensation: Competitive base and bonus.
Experience: 10+ years of employee benefits law experience at a law firm, in-house legal department, benefits consulting practice, or government agency involved in benefit plans regulation. Experience with an assortment of employee benefits laws, including but not limited to, the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Internal Revenue Code Section 409A, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and the Affordable Care Act.
