Overview: Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, the Corporate Counsel – Securities and Corporate Governance is primarily responsible for ensuring compliance with NYSE regulations and securities laws and assisting the Associate General Counsel in providing legal support to the Board of Directors and its committees. This role manages and supports client groups by providing practical legal advice and recommendations on day to day legal issues, enabling the client to meet its business objectives consistent with the Company's risk tolerance.

Location: Mooresville, NC.
Experience: 4+ years of relevant experience in a top tier law firm or mixture of relevant experience in top-tier law firm, corporate legal department setting, and/or government agency. Direct experience with public company legal issues, processes and procedures is required.
Bar Admission: Active state bar member in good standing of at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
Employer will assist with relocation costs.
