Overview: Imbedded within Ledcor Technical Services (LTS) and reporting to the General Counsel of the Ledcor Group, US Operations, the Counsel will be an integral part of the LTS division and will provide a broad range of legal advice and support to the business. He or she will proactively partner with division leadership and provide commercial/transactional support in negotiations with third parties. He/she will also counsel the management team and other employees of LTS at all levels on a diverse range of legal issues.

Experience: The successful candidate will possess a J.D. and 2-4 years of law firm and/or in-house experience. In addition, the ideal candidate will preferably have experience in construction and/or telecommunications matters, and commercial transactions.
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience.
